***Attention***Please handle balloons with care. Once the balloons are in the client’s possession, Blissful Journeys are not responsible for any damages
of the setup.

Safety:

Latex allergies MUST be declared before booking. Balloons are hazardous to children as it may pose a risk of choking. Please do not leave children unsupervised around any set up. Balloons are delicate so please avoid
letting children play or have sharp objects near the set up.

Hanging tools:

The client gives permission to use command hooks on any interior wall and understands the risk of damage. The client gives permission to use adhesive hooks on exterior walls and understands the risk of damage.

Blissful Journeys shall not be responsible should weather conditions prevent décor service. This includes, but not limited to rain, flooding, natural disasters, snow, strong winds. If inclement weather prevents setup/delivery, a full refund will be issued.

Outdoor Décor:

Blissful Journeys uses quality products to decorate your event. However, we cannot guarantee that the balloons will last as long outside as they would indoors. Due to sunlight the balloons are subject to popping, oxidation (color change), and deflating. The client understands that these situations can occur prior to booking, so there will not be any refunds given. However, Blissful Journeys will provide décor alternatives and give the best expertise.

Onsite Changes:

Our mission is to make your event decor look great. If we cannot complete the design as planned due to changes by customer or delays, then we will assess a change fee for any additional labor or materials. Rules and regulations of all event sites are the responsibility of the Client. The Client shall provide a copy of all pertinent rules to us before securing our services.
