Personalized Balloon Order Terms

Booking:
The order is placed only when the total amount is made by the date indicated on the invoice. All orders must be placed 7 days in advance, to allow time to purchase balloons, props, etc..

Payments Accepted:
Payment can be made online with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) 

Equipment:
All equipment belongs to the client once delivered.
 
Payment Policy:
All payments must be made per the payment schedule. The full invoice payment must be made on the same day the order is placed.

Refund/Cancellation:
No refunds for personalized orders.

Delivery:
Changes made to delivery location and/or time may incur an additional fee.
 
Pets:
We understand that you may have fur babies, however, we are asking that your pets are put away upon delivery. If not, then we will have to schedule another date and/or time. Additional fees may apply.

Inclement Weather:
Blissful Journeys shall not be responsible should weather conditions prevent delivery. This includes, but not limited to rain, flooding, natural disasters, snow, and strong winds. If inclement weather prevents delivery, a full refund will be issued.
 
Safety:
Latex allergies MUST be declared before booking. Balloons are hazardous to children as it may pose a risk of choking. Please do not leave children  unsupervised around the set up. Balloons are delicate. Please avoid letting children play or have sharp objects near balloons.
 
Caring Instructions:
Please handle balloons with care. Avoid excessive heat and sharp objects. Once the balloons are in your care we are not responsible for damages.
