General Policy

Deposit: 

The Client must make a 50% deposit by the date given on invoice to reserve the price and guarantee service availability.

 

Site Visits: 

There will be an additional $50 charge to visit the site where the event is held.

 

Booking: 

An event is booked only when the 50% deposit or total amount is made by the date indicated on the invoice. All décor setups must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance, to allow time to purchase balloons, fabric, props, etc..

 

Payments Accepted

Payment can be made online with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) at www.blissfuljourneys.net

 

Equipment: 

All equipment such as poles, backdrop, fabric, props etc.., are the property of Blissful Journeys and must remain onsite for pickup at the discussed time and date. The client is responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged equipment. The clients agree to be billed for those items.

 

Payment Policy: 

All payments must be made per the payment schedule. A 50% deposit is required. The full invoice payment must be made 10 days before the set up/delivery date. Failure to make payments by scheduled dates may result in the following:

  • Release of setup/delivery date
  • Termination of service agreement
  • All decor jobs booked more than two weeks in advance will have the option to make a 50% deposit OR full payment. If services are booked less than 2 weeks in advance the total payment is due per the invoice due date.

 

 

Refund/Cancellation:

The client has 10 days to cancel. After 10 days a cancellation fee will apply. Deposits are nonrefundable. If any additional refunds, it will be calculated based on items purchased and time invested, including but not limited to planning, travel, etc.. Refunds must be requested by email only and will be processed 7-14 business days from the date of the request. No refunds after setup/delivery has been made.

 

 

Venue: 

Rules and regulations of all event sites are the responsibility of the Client. The Client shall provide a copy of all pertinent rules to us before securing our services. 

 

Setup/Delivery/Pickup: 

Depending how complex the décor, we require at least 2 hour set up time. If the allotted time discussed is not given, Blissful Journeys cannot be held responsible if the work is incomplete. Changes made to setup location on the same day may incur an additional fee. The décor must be removed from equipment prior to pick up. The equipment will be picked up at a scheduled time in conclusion of your event. Cl
